Privacy Policy

DIVYANKA — NumerologyPro provides personalised numerology reports generated from your name and date of birth. This policy covers the website www.divyankanumerologypro.com and the reports delivered through it.

Legal entity: Registered business name to be added. Registered address: Business address to be added.

We only collect what the service actually needs:

• Full name — numerology calculations are derived directly from the letters of your name. Without it a report cannot be produced.
• Date of birth — used to calculate your Life Path, Personal Year and related numbers. This is the core input of the report.
• Email address — used to send your order confirmation and to deliver the finished report. Email is our guaranteed delivery channel.
• Phone / WhatsApp number — used to contact you about your order where needed, and for updates you have separately agreed to receive.
• Gender — optional. It slightly refines the wording of some sections. You may decline it.
• Payment information — card and UPI details are entered directly with our payment provider. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. We store only the payment reference, the amount and the status.
• Basic usage data — pages visited and referral source, through the analytics tools described below.

If you use one of our free calculators, we may also store the information you enter there so we can send you the result and related information you asked for.

We use established third-party services to run the business. Each receives only the data it needs, and each processes it on our instructions. Some are located outside India, which means your information may be processed abroad.

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Supabase — database and secure file storage for your order and your generated report.
• Anthropic (Claude) — used to compose the written narrative of your report from your calculated numbers.
• Google Cloud — text-to-speech for the audio version included with higher tiers, and Google Sheets used as an internal record of orders and enquiries.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email.
• Brevo — contact management for updates you have consented to receive.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — website usage measurement and advertising performance.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Agreeing to receive updates, offers or numerology tips is always optional and is never a condition of buying a report. If you buy a report we will still send you the messages needed to fulfil it — your order confirmation and the report itself — because those are part of the service you paid for.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing us.

We keep your order record and the generated report for as long as we need to support you and to meet financial record-keeping obligations. Our intended retention period is retention period to be confirmed by the owner, after which personal details are deleted or anonymised, with only the minimum financial record retained where the law requires it.

Download links for your report expire after a limited period for security reasons. If your link has expired, contact us and we will re-issue it.

You may ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong — for example a misspelt name;
• delete your personal information;
• stop sending you marketing messages.

To make any of these requests, email divyanka.numerologypro@gmail.com from the address you used to place your order, and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Please note that deleting your data removes your report and our record of your order, so download your report first if you want to keep it. We may need to keep limited transaction records where the law requires it.

Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. Reports are stored privately and are reachable only through time-limited links. Access to customer records is restricted to authorised administrators.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will act promptly and notify you and the relevant authority as required.

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, contact our grievance contact: grievance officer name and contact to be added. In the meantime, every message sent to divyanka.numerologypro@gmail.com reaches us directly.

If you are in India and remain dissatisfied, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the “last updated” date above.
